The CBHSSJB, Sûreté du Québec and Centre regional de santé et services sociaux de la Baie-James officialised formally launched the ÉMIPIC project aimed at improving access to services for vulnerable clients in the Chibougamau-Chapais area. The multidisciplinary team will also ensure better continuity of services for Crees living off-community and safer pathways to services.
The Director of Chisasibi Community Miyupimaatisiiun Centre (CMC) is pleased to welcome Denise Perusse as the new Coordinator of Uschiniichisuu, Chisasibi CMC.
The CBHSSJB is deeply saddened to hear of the passing of our former employee Hattie B. Coonishish, mother of our colleague Jason Coonishish and mother-in-law of Rachel Danyluk. Hattie passed away peacefully on February 18, 2024, at her home in Mistissini.
